    El 18 de junio del año 2025, se inició en la Notaría a mi cargo la SUCESION INTESTAMENTARIA A BIENES DEL SEÑOR RAUL HORACIO DAVILA MARTINEZ también conocido como RAUL HORACIO DAVILA Y RAUL DAVILA MARTINEZ, quien falleció el día 18 de junio del 2025. Habiéndose presentado ante el suscrito, los presuntos herederos los señores RAUL HORACIO DAVILA GOMEZ, HECTOR GERARDO DAVILA GOMEZ, JORGE ALBERTO DAVILA GOMEZ, EDGAR IVAN DAVILA GOMEZ Y MARIA ELENA GOMEZ REYES, manifestando que acepta la herencia y nombran como albacea al señor RAUL HORACIO DAVILA GOMEZ quien a su vez acepta el cargo de albacea y procederá a formular el inventario de los bienes de la herencia.
