El 23 de junio del año 2020, se inició en la Notaria a mi cargo la SUCESIÓN INTESTAMENTARIA A BIENES DEL SEÑOR BERNARDO ESPINOZA MEDINA. Habiéndose presentado ante el suscrito, la señora MA. GRACIELA CARRIZALES URVINA, como parte interesada, el señor JORGE LUIS ESPINOZA CARRIZALES, la señora MARIA PRAXEDIS ESPINOZA CARRIZALES, el señor BERNARDO ESPINOZA CARRIZALES, la señora OLGA ESPINOZA CARRIZALES, el señor JUAN LUIS ESPINOZA CARRIZALES y la señora VERÓNICA ESPINOZA CARRIZALES, como presuntos herederos, manifestando que aceptan la herencia y por así convenir a sus intereses, donan en forma gratuita los derechos hereditarios que le corresponden a su mamá la señora MA. GRACIELA CARRIZALES URVINA, quien a su vez acepta la donación y el señor JORGE LUIS ESPINOZA CARRIZALES el cargo de albacea y procederá a formular el inventario de los bienes de la herencia. LIC.
